New University of Guelph research that predicts that new daily cases of COVID-19 in the Greater Toronto Area could triple by early April was featured in the Toronto Star.
The study was co-written by Dr. Madhur Anand, a professor in the School of Environmental Sciences (SES), along with Prof. Chris Bauch, research chair in the University of Waterloo’s Department of Applied Mathematics and post-doctoral fellow Kathryn Fair.
Anand is the inaugural director of the Guelph Institute for Environmental Research and has held the Canada Research Chair in Global Ecological Change and the University Research Chair in Sustainability Sciences.
