This month, help break down stigma and join the mental well-being conversation. Bell Let’s Talk is an annual campaign that raises funds for mental health initiatives. It encourages community members to become more informed about mental health and support one another.
Events are taking place across U of G to help foster mental health conversations and support Bell Let’s Talk.
U of G, Let’s Talk: A conversation on our journey to creating a thriving workforce – Tuesday, January 28
Faculty and staff are invited to U of G, Let’s Talk, a presentation and panel discussion about the University’s progress in creating a healthy workplace. Learn what we have accomplished together so far and what we plan to achieve next to enhance the psychological health and safety of all employees. President Franco Vaccarino and University leaders share their successes, challenges and aspirations when it comes to workplace wellness and creating a thriving culture.

On Bell Let’s Talk Day, get active on social media using #BellLetsTalk. On Jan. 29, Bell will donate 5¢ towards Canadian mental health initiatives for every:
- tweet and retweet using #BellLetsTalk
- use of the Bell Let’s Talk Facebook frame
- snap sent using the Bell Let’s Talk filter
- view of the official Bell Let’s Talk video

Conversations around campus
Watch for pop-up booths around campus on Jan. 29. Members of the Mental Well-Being Education Programming Committee will be on hand to start conversations and share resources and free Bell Let’s Talk toques.
From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., you can find pop-up booths at:
