Help protect yourself this winter: get your flu shot! Flu shot clinics are available on campus throughout November. Clinics are open to all faculty, staff, students and community members. Flu shots are free of charge.

Dates and locations of on-campus clinics

U of G’s flu shot clinics take place:

  • Nov. 7 – 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. – OVC Lifetime Learning Centre, Room 1713
  • Nov. 11 – 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. – Guelph Gryphons Athletics Centre, Small Gym
  • Nov. 14 – 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. – Guelph Gryphons Athletics Centre, Small Gym
  • Nov. 21 – 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. – Guelph Gryphons Athletics Centre, Small Gym

What to expect

Plan ahead to make getting your flu shot as simple as possible.

  • Flu shot clinics are popular and are first-come, first-served – be prepared for a wait.
  • You must stay at the clinic for 15 minutes after your shot.
  • You are not required to show a health card or identification to get the flu shot.
  • If you are feeling sick or have a fever, wait until you have recovered before you get the shot. Flu shots are also available from your family doctor, many pharmacies and public health.
