What is GenEQ?

The GenEq: Advancing the Status of Women at the University of Guelph initiative was established in 2017. It aims to understand the barriers to women’s equity on campus, support women’s equity in leadership roles across the University, and advance the status of all women on our campuses and beyond. The initiative is led by Charlotte Yates, Provost and Vice-President (Academic), and Martha Harley, Associate Vice-President (Human Resources).  Visit the GenEQ website to learn more.
