A celebration of life for instructor Leslie Rye is planned for 11:30 a.m. on April 27 at the OAC Centennial Arboretum Centre. Following University procedure, campus flags will be lowered to half-mast April 26 in Leslie’s honour.

Flags will also be at half-mast that day in recognition of the national Day of Mourning, which takes place annually on April 28.

The University of Guelph community is mourning the death of instructor Leslie Rye, who passed away Nov. 5.

Rye was an educator and mentor in the Department of Integrative Biology. A celebration of life will be held for Rye at a later date.
