U of G researcher Kelly Hodgins was featured in an Oct. 29 Globe and Mail article about the ethics of our food choices.

The article is an adapted excerpt from author Rebecca Tucker’s forthcoming book, A Matter of Taste: A Farmer’s Market Devotee’s Semi-Reluctant Argument for Inviting Scientific Innovation to the Dinner Table.

Hodgins was interviewed about how the price of “ethical” food choices affects consumers across tax brackets.

She is the Feeding 9 Billion coordinator at the Arrell Food Institute at U of G.
