Prof. Evan Fraser spoke to CBC News for a Sept. 10 story that’s part of a larger series imagining northern Ontario in 2058, as part of CBC Sudbury’s 40th anniversary.

Fraser, director of the Arrell Food Institute at U of G, talked about the warming climate and the possibilities — and challenges — of growing food in the North.

A professor in the Department of Geography, Environment and Geomatics, Fraser studies food security under economic globalization and climate change, land use change and farming behaviour.
