Caplan, who recently earned his PhD in cannabis production at U of G, discussed his studies and opportunities for employment in the cannabis production industry.

Prof. Youbin Zheng, who supervised Caplan’s research in the School of Environmental Sciences, talked about the need for scientific research and technical training to support cannabis production.

Zheng’s research includes medical cannabis production.
