Prof. Ross McKitrick

Prof. Ross McKitrick is featured in an Oct. 17 Globe and Mail story about a new report that connects the decline in manufacturing jobs in Ontario to electricity prices.

McKitrick co-authored the report, which was produced and released by the Fraser Institute, a Vancouver-based think tank. McKitrick, a professor in U of G’s Department of Economics, studies environmental economics and Ontario energy policies. He has served as an environmental policy consultant for the Fraser Institute since 2002.
