University community members are being invited to help in selecting the next University of Guelph chancellor.

Community members may review information on the process on the Secretariat’s website and submit ideas for characteristics desirable in the University chancellor by emailing chancellor@uoguelph.ca. Suggestions are welcome before Nov. 25.

The search committee will review the suggested characteristics to help develop a profile for the next chancellor. In December, members of the University community will be invited to propose individual candidates who fit the profile and can serve as chancellor.

The chancellor is the titular head of the University and confers all degrees.
