The University of Guelph is flying its campus flags to half-mast today in memory of two students who died over the winter break.

Haider Almayahi, a master’s student in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics died Dec. 24. A funeral service was held in Hamilton Dec. 29.

David Rutherford, an undergraduate studying biological science, died Dec. 25. A memorial service is pending; arrangements are under the direction of Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home and Chapel in Toronto.
