U of G is getting high profile for its food innovations at the Canadian Restaurant and Food Association Show in Toronto March 3 to 5. The Ontario Pavilion will host a food innovation exhibit showcasing Guelph’s recent work in health-promoting dry bean varieties and agri-product diversification in nut crops.
The event is being promoted by Grow Guelph, a partnership between the City of Guelph and University of Guelph that developed a marketing strategy to build greater brand recognition for the life sciences and agri-food opportunities in Guelph and Wellington County.
