To begin the process of selecting a director for the Human Rights and Equity Office, the University of Guelph has engaged the services of Laverne Smith & Associates, a Canadian firm that has worked extensively with universities across the country and beyond.

The comprehensive search will include consultation across the University community and begins with a confidential information-gathering survey. “As this is a very important matter for the University, your input is critical,” says president Alastair Summerlee. “I ask you to take the few minutes required to help us in this important undertaking. Information gathered through the survey will inform all other aspects of the selection process.”
