U of G has a new policy regarding academic accommodations for students with disabilities. Approved by Senate May 30, it covers both graduate and undergraduate students.

The new policy replaces policies approved in 1995 and supports the University’s obligations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.    It includes information about academic accommodations and the admissions process, documentation requirements, learning supports available upon registration with the Centre for Students with Disabilities, and an appeal process.

The new policy is available online via the Centre for Students with Disabilities website or the Senate website.
