The Department of Human Resources (HR) is accepting donations of food to help rebuild inventory at the Guelph Food Bank.

The building that houses the food bank on Crimea Street lost part of the roof during an early-morning storm June 8, and rainwater destroyed much of the organization’s supply of dry goods, such as pasta, rice and boxed potatoes. Other items in short supply include Kraft Dinner, oatmeal and other cereals, boxed stuffing, toilet paper and paper towels.

Members of the University community can drop off donations at HR, Level 5, University Centre.
