Occupational Health and Wellness is getting ready to host the third annual Pedometer Challenge. The event involves teams of five people tracking their steps for a week and competing for prizes. There are also individual awards for the most distance travelled during the work day, as well as draw prizes.

Teams should register by Sept. 24 at Ext. 52647, or email harrish@uoguelph.ca. Spaces and pedometers are limited.

The Pedometer Challenge is part of “In Motion,” a regional campaign aimed at inspiring people to live more actively. It involves the University, the City of Guelph, the Guelph Community Health Centre and the YMCA-YWCA of Guelph.
