Chef Jason Bangerter is the Executive Chef of Langdon Hall Country House Hotel and Spa. He is the co-author of Langdon Hall: The Cookbook\, a recognized Slow Food hero and he has been helping to grow Canada’s culinary scene. In our session Chef Jason will be showing us how to make a special dish while discussing “taste of place” and how to build relationships with farmers.
