SUMMARY:ONLINE: Thriving in Action - Finding Balance
DESCRIPTION:How do we find a balance between being a student\, a worker\, a friend\, a family member? How do we find joy in our many roles? In this Thriving in Action session\, we will explore how we can integrate the many facets of our lives together. We will identify habits that help us thrive and learn practical time management strategies to help us build new habits. \nJoin us for Thriving in Action\, a program that will help you move from languishing to flourishing throughout your time in university. Build motivation\, optimism\, and resilience\, and learn how to integrate those skills into your work as a student. In each workshop\, you will learn and practice both wellness and learning strategies that will help you be the student you want to be. Join us for one or all four workshops this summer and learn how to thrive. Workshops are offered online and will be delivered via Zoom. This program is offered by the Library and Student Wellness. All participants will be entered in a draw for one of two gift certificates valued at $25. Attend all four workshops\, and your name will be entered four times. \nIf you attend all four workshops\, you can obtain a letter of recognition for your participation. \nLearn more online.
