We’ve put together a panel that will teach you how to become your most productive self and help you deal with the daily stresses of modern life. These lessons apply for students\, entrepreneurs\, young professionals\, parents and anyone who feels like they’ve just got too much going on. \nMeet our fantastic panelists: \n\nProf. Donna Lero in the Department of Family Relations and Applied Nutrition at the University of Guelph is the Jarislowsky Chair in Families and Work. She co-founded U of G’s Centre for Families\, Work and Well-Being\, where she leads a program of research on public policies\, workplace practices and community supports.
