DESCRIPTION:Dr. Shane Bateman will explore the critical intersections between human\, animal\, and environmental health by examining the evidence-based connections between interpersonal violence\, animal abuse\, and broader societal harms. This seminar challenges traditional disciplinary boundaries and introduces the One Welfare framework as an essential complement to One Health\, fostering integrated approaches to prevention\, intervention\, and policy.
