SUMMARY:Discover Vet School
DESCRIPTION:Discover Vet School is a two-day series of lectures and labs delivered in-person by veterinarians\, faculty\, employees\, alumni\, special guest speakers\, and student veterinarians from the Ontario Veterinary College. This program will take aspiring veterinarians through subjects normally taught only in vet school. \nLearn about different aspects of veterinary medicine and animal science by experiencing a day in the life of a veterinary student. Topics covered this year include small animals\, large animals\, exotics\, cardiology\, pathology\, parasitology\, radiology\, and veterinary communication. \nDiscover Vet School is held over two weekends. You can attend either or both! This year’s events will be held on Saturday\, January 21 and Saturday\, March 4\, 2023. \nThe full itinerary of events can be found on the registration site.
