SUMMARY:ONLINE: Pronunciation Workshop for EAL Speakers
DESCRIPTION:This five-week online pronunciation workshop is designed to help speakers with English as an additional language (EAL) improve their English pronunciation. Each week\, we will focus on different consonant and vowel sounds that are difficult to pronounce — we will first look at the phonemics of these sounds and then incorporate them into conversational dialogues. \nAll sessions will be independent of each other\, so you will still be able to follow through if you miss a session. This workshop is open to University of Guelph graduate and undergraduate students\, postdoctoral fellows\, visiting scholars\, faculty and staff with English as an additional language.
