DESCRIPTION:As the availability of open data through the Internet becomes more common\, students are being asked to solve new and varied problems. Drop by Scholars Studio (2nd floor\, library) for a fun and relaxed day of creative problem solving and community. Can’t stay for the whole event? No problem! Feel free to come and go as you please. \nThere will be three datasets on hand to choose from\, catering to historical and contemporary areas of interest. Participants will work in groups to answer a question. A prize will be awarded to the team with the best answer. \nIndividuals and groups are welcome.
