During this classical yoga and meditation class, we will continue to build upon the Pranayama (breath control) practice from last class. Pranayama – life force, life energy – are the underpinnings of connecting with our mind, emotions and feelings and building courage and resilience while removing fear. It’s a step-by-step procedure best to practice with an experienced Yoga Practitioner.

Inhale Courage, Exhale Fear.

Experience a Classical Yoga class from your own home taught by one of your own.
