COVID-19 has brought the focus right back to the Breath and Pranayama.
During this Classical Yoga and Pranayama class, we will practice Pranayama – controlled breathing exercises. Prana is basic vital currents, the life force, the life energy, the consciousness. Breath is direct manifestation of Prana and is the underpinnings of connecting with our mind, emotions and feelings, and building courage and resilience while removing fear. It’s a step-by-step procedure best to practice with an experienced yoga practitioner.
