Open to the public, the WSET Level 2 will teach you about the key grape varieties grown around the world, tasting techniques, the different styles of wine, and the production of spirits and liqueurs. This nine-week course will be held on Monday evenings from Jan. 23 to March 27. An exam will be held during the ninth week, and successful candidates will receive a certification.

Register by Dec. 16.
