The Bigger Picture Series: Work Happy
March 23 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Find balance. Beat burnout.
“You wake up early. You pack the lunches. You commute, work, study, reply to emails, keep up with friends, clean the house, tick something else off the list. If the stresses of daily life have left you feeling exhausted, you are not alone. Some would say that being ever-exhausted is a mark of modern life today.” ~ Anna Maria Tremonti, CBC Radio
Want to learn how to break the cycle? We’ve put together a panel that will teach you how to become your most productive self and help you deal with the daily stresses of modern life. These lessons apply for students, entrepreneurs, young professionals, parents and anyone who feels like they’ve just got too much going on.
