Want to learn how to break the cycle? We’ve put together a panel that will teach you how to become your most productive self and help you deal with the daily stresses of modern life. These lessons apply for students, entrepreneurs, young professionals, parents and anyone who feels like they’ve just got too much going on.

Meet our fantastic panelists:

  • Prof. Donna Lero in the Department of Family Relations and Applied Nutrition at the University of Guelph is the Jarislowsky Chair in Families and Work. She co-founded U of G’s Centre for Families, Work and Well-Being, where she leads a program of research on public policies, workplace practices and community supports. Lero has authored or co-authored more than 35 major reports and book chapters on a range of topics related to the integration of work and care-giving roles across the lifespan, including care giving, parental leave, child care and flexible work arrangements.
  • Jonathan Knowles, vice-president, Tradeforce Tech
  • Jean Thompson, wellness educator, Wellness Education Centre, University of Guelph
